AI consulting & custom development
Less busywork.Even the complicated kind.
We build custom software and automations for the processes that slow your team down. The messy documents. The disconnected tools. The work that still needs someone to move it along.
Built by developers. Made affordable with AI.
- Built around your process
- Connected to your tools
- People stay in control
What we build
For the work between your tools.
When a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, and a lot of patience have become your operating system, we can help.
- 01
Automate a difficult process.
Turn documents, messages, and business rules into a workflow that moves work forward. Handle the routine steps automatically and put exceptions in front of the right person.
- Document intake
- Approval workflows
- Order processing
- 02
Build the software you’re missing.
A tool for the way your business actually works. Replace the fragile spreadsheet, give your team one place to manage work, or build a portal your customers can use.
- Internal tools
- Customer portals
- Operations dashboards
- 03
Make your existing tools talk.
Connect the systems you already use. Move information between them, keep records in sync, and stop asking people to enter the same thing twice.
- CRM updates
- Data sync
- Reporting
Why we build this way
AI lowers the cost to build. You should get the savings.
We use AI to help write code, build prototypes, and work through repetitive development tasks. Less time spent on those steps means a smaller build bill. We still do the engineering: design the system, review the code, and test it against real work.
Start with one useful thing.
Find the bottleneck worth fixing. Build a focused first version and expand when it earns its place.
Use AI where it helps.
Reading messy documents may need AI. Moving a record between systems may just need good code.
Count the running costs, too.
Hosting, AI usage, and maintenance are part of the decision. The whole bill should make sense.
How we work
Show us the process. We’ll take it from there.
- 01
Walk through the work.
Show us what happens today, including the awkward parts. We’ll work out what can be automated, what needs a person, and whether a custom build makes sense.
- 02
Build a working first version.
Agree on the scope and cost, then try it with real examples. You get something to use and react to while there’s still room to change it.
- 03
Put it to work.
Test the exceptions, connect your systems, and help your team use it. We document the build and agree on any ongoing support before handoff.
A few practical questions
Before we talk.
Do I need to know what to build?
No. Start with a process that takes too long, causes mistakes, or keeps landing back on someone’s desk. We’ll help work out whether it needs custom software, an automation, or a simpler change to the way you work.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the workflow, the systems involved, and how much we need to build. We agree on scope and cost before development starts, including expected hosting, AI usage, and maintenance costs. Starting with one process keeps the first build focused.
Does everything need AI?
No. We use AI during development to keep build costs down. The software itself only needs AI when the task calls for it, such as interpreting documents or sorting unstructured requests. Clear rules are often better handled by ordinary code.
Can you work with the software we already use?
That’s usually the starting point. We look at the tools, data, and access you already have, then check what can be connected. If a system has limits, we’ll explain them before we scope the build.
What happens after launch?
You get the source code and documentation for what we build. We’ll agree on the handoff and any ongoing maintenance, including who runs it, who handles updates, and what support costs.
Start with the problem
What’s the task your team keeps putting off?
Tell us what it is, which tools are involved, and where things get stuck. A few sentences is enough to start.
